What is your return policy?

All items sold on www.caledan.com either have a 7 day return policy or a 7 day replacement policy, depending on the product category. All Electric Appliances have a 7 day replacement policy. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase.
You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the items you wish to return.

What are the conditions for the return policy?

7 Day Return Policy :

Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.

What are the conditions for the replacement policy?

7 Day Replacement Policy :

This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
